A participating employee is one who is employed by a contractor who is contributing to the Training Trust on his/her behalf. If you have any questions about your eligibility to attend classes please call (515)224 - 4349.

Journeyman Training Sign-Up Procedures

A Journeyman Registration form must be completed by each participant, including all state license numbers. When the form is completed it must be, mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to the State Training Center a minimum of five days prior to the class date, to ensure minimum attendance requirements are met. No pre-registration fee is required however; Failure to notify the IEA in advance (NLT 24 hours prior to class start date) that a participant is unable to attend the course and/or failing to attend the course, as registered, will result in a $50.00 NO SHOW FEE, before any participant can register and attend future classes.
